Client Services Manager - French or German or Italian speaking

Opportunity Summary:
They are hiring 3 Client Service Managers (CSMs) to each cover a specific market across Europe (ie France, Germany, and Italy). CSMs are responsible for the management of client information, client relations (via oral and written communications), and internal systems. Client satisfaction and Order Management are the primary responsibility of the CSMs. CSMs perform independently with direction from supervisors, and their work has a significant impact on company revenues and profitability, client perception and satisfaction.

There is no team management required in this role but, strong experience of coordinating projects and reporting on Excel is essential.

Role Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of client management to include: account set-up, domain registrations (both gTLD's and ccTLD's), estimate entry, order entry via portal, customer information maintenance, reporting, customer satisfaction

Function as the main point of contact to assigned clients - oral and written correspondence

Act as the internal advocate for the client

Monitor registration and renewal data for clients

Co-ordinate and manage regular service reviews

Effectively advise clients on products and services

Specific Role Requirements:
Fluency to a native level in one of either French OR German OR Italian

Solid dedicated experience within a pure client services role

Understanding of Domain services is advantageous but not essential

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent organisation and decision-making skills

Team player - ability to work with others in different time zones

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task projects simultaneously

Can-do mentality with the motivation to excel

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good understanding of contract management, accounting, and business management practices

Ability to effectively manage requests from management, technical and administrative staff, and clients

Must credit attention to detail and accuracy as a strength

Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism

My client is a world wide known Membership Organisation looking for a German speaking Service Support Specialist delivering the highest level of service, supporting their existing and potential members, partners and staff as well as regularly deputise for the European Service Team manager.

Based in London you will be working Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A leading money transfer business is looking to bring on a French and Dutch speaker to their Client relations team! Based in central London, you will be working in a very enthusiastic team with a strong work ethic.

Some of the Duties will include:
-Onboarding new clients, this could be corporate clients or people sending money across to family and friends.
-You would need to be conducting KYC due diligence.
-Acting as a brand ambassador for the company ensuring that the clients receive and excellent level of service.
-Sales, their will be a case of up selling to clients to ensure they have got the correct account.
-Using the CRM system you will be managing prospective clients.
-Make sure they are managed through the onboarding process effectively and in a timely manner.

What they are looking for from you:

-Fluent speaking Dutch and French.
-Be degree educated.
-Excellent communication skills
-Previous experience with KPI's is beneficial
-Excellent telephone manner.
-Process driven!
-Organised
