We have a fantastic (part time, temporary) opportunity for a Italian speaker to join a great company based in Bedfordshire.
The position offers you a variety of tasks, diversity, and the possibility to use your great language skills on a daily basis. In addition, our client has a great reputation and is known for their exciting projects.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and Italian, available immediately and able to start ASAP (training starts tomorrow).
You will work in part time during the afternoons.
During the week the shifts are 2:00pm – 8:00pm.
On the weekends, you have a choice of either 10:00am – 6:00pm, or 10:00am – 2:00pm.
Training starts tomorrow at 1:30pm and you would work through until 8:00pm.
*Fluent to native level Italian (verbal & written)
*Fluent English knowledge
*Previous experience in a market research role is an advantage
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Great team skills
*Communicate with customers via the telephone
*Interview customers on their experience with certain products in Italian
*Coordinate and report customer feedback
