A Panel Support operator's job entails supporting one or more panels. The main responsibility of a Support Team operator is to reply to the e-mail messages from panel members. By resolving problems and complaints, an operator supports the panel member, the market research project and the company.
*Translating texts from English which will be used in communications towards the panel members, e.g. on the websites and in e-mail messages
*Proofreading texts in the target language which will be used in communications towards the panel members, e.g. on the website and in e-mail messages
*Detect fraudulent behaviour to ensure a high quality level of research data
*Carrying out personal performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation to improve the efficiency
*Communicating solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Support Team Director
*Speaks fluent to native German with an excellent command of English
*Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
*Had previous work experience with customers service
*Thrive in working in a fast pasted, target-driven environment
*Self-motivated and able to work as part of a busy team
*Possess strong all round understanding of basic computer software, especially Word and Excel
Please note, the successful candidate should expect to perform duties including carrying the product, as well as sitting and concentrating for extended periods of time.
