Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisors Needed! START DATE IS 7th MAY. Are you a fluent Russian speaker with a passion for customer services and the online market? We're recruiting for a fluent Russian speakers to work on a temp basis from May this year. Successful candidates will be supporting online gamers from the Russian market. Are you curious how your day would be? You'll be challenged everyday! -You will be the master of this platform: Dealing with all queries, complaints and assisting the online gamers. -You will be dealing with customer on a daily basis and contacting them via different channels such as: Phone, E-mails and Media platforms. - You will be dealing with troubleshooting and player's deposit issues -You will be liaising with internal departments as well as external business partners. The ideal candidate will: -be fluent in English and Russian given the nature of this role -have previous experience in the gaming industry would be desirable -be an excellent communicator!
