- Provide top quality technical support to various markets including the DACH region in German and the rest of EMEA in English.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis to gain a deep understanding of issues and then use your "outside the box" thinking to come up with a solution, escalate where necessary.
- Liaise with different internal stakeholders/teams to find the best possible solution, within a timely manner.
- Perform configurations for customers to meet their needs.
- Hit your targets/KPIs and move up!
- You MUST be fluent in both German and English (both written and spoken).
- Some experience in a customer/client support role, preferably a technical support role.
- Excellent problem solving skills - you will need to be creative in order to find best solutions!
- Knowledge of SaaS is ideal, but not required.
