Sales Support Coordinator

I am currently working with a well recognised Airline

This organisation is currently going through a transition phase and therefore to further develop their Sales function they are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator.

As an Inside Sales Support Coordinator you will provide support to both trade partners and field sales team on enquiries in regards to fares and packages. You will also support existing Clients with their enquiries and provide support in tracking sales activities. Marketing support is also a key part of the role.

Duties and Responsibilities
As the Sales Support Coordinator your role is varied. You will support both Trade Partners and Field Sales teams as well as Existing Customers
Your role will include
• Support trade partner communication of promotional campaigns and activities
• Analyse Competitor Activities
• Liaison with Marketing regarding marketing activities and agent communication
• General Administrative duties  as well as Sales Support including problem solving by both phone and email to partners
• Prepare proposals for Corporate Accounts
• Marketing Activities including Social Media
• Continuous update of databases
Your Background
• You will be coming from a Travel and Tourism background and be passionate about travel
• You enjoy multi tasking and supporting a number of markets at the same time
• You have some previous Sales or Client Services Experience
• Good coordination skills and have previously liaised with Marketing teams
• Fluent English and German are essential
