Der Job:

Als Assistant (m/w) sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

  • Organisation von Reisen, Meetings und internationalen Konferenzen 
  • Korrespondenz auf Deutsch, &  Englisch
  • Proof reading, Formatieren von Dokumenten etc.
  • Tägliche Sekretariatsaufgaben (Post, Telefonate etc.)
  • Allgemeines Office Management (Büromaterial, Besorgungen)      

 

Die Anforderungen:

Um diese Position als Fremdsprachensekretär / in in einer Kanzlei begleiten zu könne sollten Sie folgende Dinge erfüllen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Europasekretär/in, Fremdsprachenkorrespondent/in oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind zwingend erforderlich (Wort und Schrift)
  • Andere Fremdsprachen wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position erwünscht, bevorzugt aus der Kanzlei oder Professional Field
  • Organisationstalent, Multitalking und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in MS-Office 
  • Motiviert, engagiert, stress resistent und teamorientiert
