Customer Service (m/f)

Hungarian & English

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Representatives with any inquiry or problem concerning their order and providing quick solutions
  • Order Administration and maintaining accurate customer account information
  • Providing technical product information and advising customers on market conditions
  • Support and assist the sale of new products to your clients
  • Identifying new clients and working with the Sales Team to prepare proposals
  • Inventory and Stock Management for the Sales team and your client
  • Assisting the marketing department in research and project based work


  • Educated to degree level or first experience in a similar position
  • Proven experience in working with customers
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English
  • IT literate (MS Office): word, excel, outlook, database experience
  • Interest in the sports and outdoor activities
