The world's largest publicly traded casualty and property insurer is looking for a bilingual Senior Site Support Analyst for its Nordic region.
The role is based in their Stockholm office with occasional travel involved.
On top of daily site support activities described below, you will also participate in various exciting projects also listed below.
This is a 3 month contract with likelihood of renewal or conversion to a permanent contract.
Hardware support: laptops, desktops, tablets, mobiles, fixed desk phones, printers, scanners, etc.
Application support: MS Office, Visio, etc.
Configuration and installation of PC hardware using SCCM.
Meeting and training room set-ups, as well as management of video conference calls.
Providing ad-hoc assistance to Data Centre teams for remotely managed on-site hardware (Servers, Voice & Network, etc.)
You would also be playing a key role in projects including, but not limited to:
-Major software roll-outs
You will occasionally be required to work out of hours for some implementations.
Please be advised that candidates will only be considered if they have solid ON-SITE desktop support experience. Candidates who only have telephony-based technical support experience will not be considered.
You MUST be fluent in both Swedish and English.
