An international engineering solutions company, pioneer in their field, is looking to appoint a Sales Support Coordinator with European language skills to support their global clients and needs.
Based in Burton Upon Trent, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial/business environment in a client focused role. Your daily duties will consist of the following:
To provide customers with up to date and accurate information whilst offering ongoing support via phone and email in a timely and proficient manner.
To work as a team ensuring all customers receive excellent levels of customer service
Monitor, maintain or grow the order book to optimise daily and weekly sales
Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries
Administration of enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices and deliveries inc export.
To support Business Development Managers to maintain and develop existing customer base.
Investigate and respond to customer invoice queries.
Assisting Credit Control to ensure timely recovery of payments
Our client works on a global level and candidates with an additional European language are highly desirable, including Spanish, French, Italian, German etc. Your English must be completely fluent both spoken and written as this is the main business language. Experience in Microsoft office and an excellent telephone manner is essential.
