Looking to work for an International Banking company that has offices across the world? Are you finally looking for a job, where you will appreciate and give you a feeling that you a not just a number?
Over the last years Euro London Appointments has been working closely with an international Banking company based in Mayfair. They are an established international banking company focusing on different markets such as: Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle-East, etc.
One of their lovely receptionists who has been working over the last 10 years for the company will be leaving soon, she will be going travelling.

At the moment we are recruiting at the moment for an experienced receptionist who would feel confident taking over her role!
I am recruiting at the moment for an experienced receptionist that speaks fluent to native German.
The environment: At the moment we are expanding the team so you will be in a team of 4 people. As the German Speaking Senior Customer Service Advisor will be focusing on the German Markets.
Your daily responsibilities would look like this:
You working with a high end Service and communicating with customer over various channels such as; phone, e-mails and different social media platforms. You will be responsible for large accounts and it's so important that you will update the customers and continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience, delivering and assisting with special projects as assigned by Manager, you will be responsible for organising and assisting the events.

Meet the TEAM:
To our team and further requirements for the candidate:
We are a team of Receptionist/Assistants reporting to the EA to the CEO: 2 Receptionist (one to be replaced) working in rotational shifts on the Executive floor of our stunning London offices where the meeting rooms and Executive offices are located. Sabrina and I started as Receptionists and are now Assistants and have our own Executives to look after. We also assist the EA with the CEO's immensely busy diary. We are all speak fluent to native Germans and speak German in the office with each other.
The team is small, strong and can be very busy. It is very important to us that the candidate "clicks" with us, we want someone who truly cares about their job and has a high level of attention to detail. Someone who doesn't get too frustrated about an ever changing diary and constant new arrangements. I would like to point out that, even though this role is a great step for someone who sees himself in a PA role in the future as the role has many Team Assistant aspects, we need the candidate to be happy with being at Reception on the long run as we cannot promise opportunities will arise.
