CYVM Team Assistant

Our City based client is looking for an exceptional team assistant (A knowledge of a European language would be an advantage)
This would be ideal for an administrative, support candidate who has had some previous support and admin experience experience.

The support will be to predominately 20 -25 Analysts.
Duties include
Diary management
Arranging travel and accommodation
Expense reconciliation
Liaising with clients by phone and e:mail
Arranging meetings
Booking meeting rooms
Dealing with all correspondence
Any other ad hoc duties

The role would be ideal for an assistant looking to support in a corporate banking environment and who is extremely professional, proactive, team orientated with first class communication and interpersonal skills
