Fluent French&German Sales Coordinator

As a European Sales Coordinator you will provide proactive administrative support to the Continental European Sales Team. You will also plan events such as Sales Meetings and assist in the planning of any other events.
Other responsibilities include:
.Full administrative support to the Sales team, Sales Managers, Inside Sales Manager; including collation of weekly of reports, filing , copying, minute taking etc.
.Administer new accounts and update SAP.
.Booking travel for trade shows, customer visits, office visits, training and product launch events.
. Handle expenses, liaise with finance.
. Coordinate quotes for car leases.
. Collate invoices, create PO's etc.
We are looking for:
. Previous Sales Support/Sales Administration experience.
. Fluency in French AND German.
. MS Office Skills.
. Knowledge of SAP and Concur and advantage.
