Our client, an international software company, is recruiting an HR BP to be based in the Netherlands and to cover the Benelux region.
You will report into the EMEA HR Director in the UK and will have full autonomy of the HR function within your region. The Dutch office comprises 50-60 people. You must speak fluent Dutch and English.
You will lead on human resources policies, procedures and programmes and guide all Human Resources functions for employee relations, works councils, change management, training and development, managerial guidance (coaching, counselling, disciplinary actions), employment law, benefits, on-boarding and other related HR functions.
