As part of the European Consultancy team , the Entry-level Software Training Consultant plays a vital role within the organization, providing remote and on-site training and software installations across the UK and through the EMEA region. Main responsibilities *Carrying out on-site training on our client's main end-user applications enabling clients to get maximum Return on Investment from the systems in a timely and efficient manner. Working knowledge of SQL querying is beneficial. *Experience with Networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN ) and networking protocols is beneficial. *Highly motivated with an enthusiasm for ensuring customer success and ultimately delivering a solution that will improve driver and road-user safety. *Analytical and able absorb often complex information regarding customer requirements and training needs to produce effective solutions and workshops. *A self-motivated , flexible attitude *Willingness to travel regularly mainly within the UK but also occasionally to other countries in the EMEA region. Travel is usually one 2 days on site maximum with one overnight stay per on-site visit. *A Full driving license. *An additional European language is a significant advantage and our client has an international team.
