Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum Discretionary Annual Bonus

Role Overview: In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our operations run smoothly by assisting in processing payments to suppliers, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to various transactional activities. Your ability to effectively escalate issues and positively support your colleagues through change and innovation will be crucial to your success.
* Process supplier payments in a timely manner, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Execute various transactional activities, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
* Ensure effective escalation of challenges to the appropriate channels for resolution.
* Contribute positively to team dynamics and departmental innovation during periods of change.
* Fluency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish is essential
* You must be commutable distance to Bristol.
* Excellent communication skills are essential
* Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
