Key Responsibilities

  • Proposing solutions and workarounds
  • Providing a professional Telephonic/Remote Support second-line technical support service to clients
  • Developing system solutions / automation / implement resolution
  • Identifying, analyzing and resolving incidents, requests and problems within the agreed SLA's
  • Escalating to manufacturers
  • Reporting
  • Collaborating with other technical departments for troubleshooting
  • Participating in shift work /on call & on site standby

Education/Experience Requirements   

  • Min  2 years work related experience, ideally in the Alcatel - Lucent UC environment
  • Good knowledge of UC Alcatel – Lucent (certification is a plus!)
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish required (CEFR min B2)
  • Diploma, degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
  • ITIL V3 certification
  • Very good conceptual, analytical and communication skills
  • Team player, ability to work under pressure, proactive and customer service oriented
