Customer Care Advisor - German/Italian/French/Dutch Speaker

My client is providing exceptional and exclusive customer service to several clients around the world!

What you'll do

* First point of contact for English/French/German/ Italian/ Dutch -speaking for the international customers.
Staffing on customer service assignments with one of the largest and fastest growing Tech companies in the world.
*Identifying new clients' needs will be one of your main tasks.
*Ability to provide options and outline features or product and services.
*Manage cycle for clients' customers from lead identification to close.
*Build long term business relationships between clients and business companies through a mixture of inbound and outbound phone / email activities.
*Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
*Be familiar with a delightful range of products and services
*Reporting to other levels of the business and be in communication with colleagues to improve the services.

Requirements:
-Candidates should have a valid European work permit
-You are an English/French/German/ Italian/ Dutch speaker
-1-2 years of customer care & sales experience
-Customer orientation.
-Knowledge of internet connectivity and troubleshooting
-Excellent research skills with proficiency in the usage of the 'search' function
-Good understating and be capable of effectively handling customer desires and objection
