German Customer Service Representative

Interested in using your German language skills to deliver excellent customer service? We are currently recruiting for a leading supplier of sustainable LED lighting, based in Central London, who are looking for a motivated professional to join their Customer Services team.

Working on a hybrid basis, your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to orders by phone, email or live chat; and general admin, amongst other things.

Fluency in German to a native/bilingual level and at least one year of experience in a customer service or retail setting is essential, along with attention to detail.
