Mandarin Speaking Facilities and Compliance

Are you a fluent Mandarin Speaker?
Are you looking for a compliance/facilities role?

We are working with a leading Chinese retailer and have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join them on a permanent basis.

Your role would be:

- Responsible for the Facilities team and ensuring a safe working and compliant environment - Ensuring compliance of Health and Safety, Food Safety etc
- Responsible for Health & Safety across the business
- Managing Food Safety and ensuring that the Food Safety Policy is adhered to in all stores
- Carrying out audits
- Managing fire safety, pest control, maintenance etc
- Ensuring working practices are safe
- Training with managers and employees on Health and Safety risks and Food Safety
- Recording incidents and accidents
- Ensuring stores have all the relevant licences in place

Ideally we need someone who:

- is NEBOSH qualified
- has a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar legal compliance /facilities role
- has experience in a commercial food environment
- has strong IT skills
- Given the nature of the role candidates must speak fluent Mandarin and English
- has strong communication and negotiation skills
- H&S trained to IOSH standard
- Food Safety Level 3

This is a permanent role to start ASAP.
The salary will be between £30-35k depending on experience.
