Job Title: Trilingual French and Spanish/Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Pay Rate: £14.05 per hour after probation

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire - candidates must be commutable distance to the office. This is not a fully remote position.

We are hiring a Trilingual French and Spanish/Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team on a hybrid basis in Rugby, Warwickshire. Candidates must be fluent in French and either Spanish or Italian. Initially, the role will be full-time in the office but you will be given the opportunity to work from home some of the week after training.

The position will begin as an on-going temp role but is aimed to become a permanent position after 6-12 months.

Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service in French, Spanish, or Italian through various channels.
* Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
* Collaborate with teams to resolve complex customer queries.

Requirements:
* Fluency in written and spoken French is essential.
* Proficiency in either Spanish or Italian is essential.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
