Inside Sales Representative

Our client is an international marketing software company. They are a young company, who started on the German market in 2017. They sell their software and digital marketing services specifically to the automotive industry. Due to continued growth and to help build the German market further, they are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join the team in their Düsseldorf office.  

 

                                                     Inside Sales Representative – Software Sales

Permanent Position / Düsseldorf

 

Your new duties and responsibilities

As the new Inside Sales Representative it will be your responsibility to generate business through acquiring new customers and clients. Your clients will be either small- medium and large companies from the automotive industry and specifically car dealerships. You will pre-qualify leads and discuss opportunities with clients over the phone and work closely together with the field sales staff across the DACH region.

 

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Proactively identify opportunities and contacts with new clients
  • Lead generation and qualifying leads
  • Win new B2B customers
  • Monitor and record sales activities and opportunities in CRM
  • Present to and consult the client
  • Set up and agree meetings for Field Sales staff
  • Work towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • With time also negotiate and close deals

 

Your profile

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Ideally University degree in Business or an equivalent education
  • Some experience in direct sales B2B
  • Ideally experience within telesales, inside sales, outbound call centre, lead generation or telemarketing
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ideally good knowledge and interest in software and/ or online marketing
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English
