Sales Manager

Our client, a leading multinational provider of visual hardware solutions, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales with reseller partners and Corporates on the French market.

Reporting to the Country Manager for France, you will be responsible for sales and business development of visual solution products with a focus on Liquid Crystal Display products as well as other products such as Interactive Flat Panels for Commercial Displays.

You will have an existing client base to work from and will also look to develop new business with resellers and distributors.

Candidates must have sales experience within a similar environment, have good understanding of the French reseller market and speak French to native standard with fluent English.



  • Establish and maintain sales relationships with distribution and channel resellers in France, leading to a deep understanding of distribution and partner business organizations.
  • Achieve quarterly individual and team sales targets
  • Work with the Product Team to develop LCD and other product sales through reseller, corporate and end user.
  • Monitor competitor and market activity to provide sales positioning arguments, value propositions, objection handling, and competitive positioning. 
  • Analyse the sales forecast, internal reports and marketing data in order to take remedial action to achieve or exceed sales budget.
  • Effectively implement all corporate programmes and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the rest of the France Sales Team, Product Marketing and Supply Chain Departments to optimise product plans and availability (specifications etc.) with market opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, conduct seminars and participate in distributor and reseller sales/promotional events.
  • Visit customers in Paris on a regular basis



  • Significant Sales experience in Consumer Electronic goods / Visual Display products
  • Experience in working with IT reseller and distribution accounts in the computer or display market.
  • Autonomous, assertive, creative and customer driven.
  • Ability to bring new products to market. 
  • Must be a team player and be able to develop business plans and sales.
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.
  • Native level of French with fluent English


Salary: 50-55K€ basic + 30% commission (capped at 170%)
