My client, a M&A Consultancy is looking for an Assistant/Office Manager to join the team

Office Assistant

Part-time (20-30h/w)

Frankfurt am Main

The role

  • Assisting the Managing Partner in the day-to-day business
  • Organisation of the Back Office and conference rooms
  • First contact person for clients, business partner and guests
  • Correspondence mainly via phone in German and English
  • Maintenance and order of office equipment
  • Support with travel arrangements and preparation with accounting documents such as expenses
  • Other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Several years of experience as an Assistant or in a similar role
  • Fluent German and fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
