Job description:

Working in close cooperation with the Sales Managers, the Client Relationship Coordinator is responsible for working with a defined clientele in Germany and Austria via telephone & email.  You are tasked with maintaining the existing contract volumes and assisting the Sales Manager with new sales to these clients.

• Contract renewal with existing clients
• Develop and implement a strategies to secure and develop the relationship
• Proactively generate  monthly reports for the Regional Sales Director
• Responsible for product training in cooperation with the Product Training Specialist Team
• Overseeing the entire contract renewal cycle and price negotiation
• Ensuring correct and efficient handling of client inquiries
• Support of the Account Manager to identify and achieve sales opportunities within the assigned clients ( including up-selling &  cross-selling)
• Documenting client information using Salesforce

 

Your Profile:

You should have a University level degree  and your first experience in Sales, ideally in a B2B environment. Other requirements include:

• Fluent German & English (written & spoken)
• Having international experience is nice to see
• Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
