Our client is an international player providing companies, media- and PR Agencies with different communication software solutions such as media research, media monitoring as well as a PR focused CRM-software solution. Due to growth in the company they are now expanding and recruiting for a Sales Manager - Enterprise. The role is based in Frankfurt am Main.

                                     Sales Manager – Enterprise Clients (m/f) –Software Solution

Permanent Position / Frankfurt am Main

Your new duties and responsibilities

As the new Sales Manager it will be your responsibility to generate business from acquiring new customers and clients as well as growing and managing already existing accounts. It will be your goal to achieve revenue targets and to grow market share. The role is focused on Enterprise clients mainly coming from the automotive and pharma industry. You will build a strong relationship with your clients through both inside- and field sales.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Proactively identify opportunities and contacts with new clients
  • Win new customers as well as cultivate and develop existing clients
  • Monitor the progress of account development
  • Achieve sales targets by selling the full portfolio of products and services across Germany
  • To build and maintain a pipeline of new business sales
  • Be in charge of the whole sales cycle from A-Z
  • Consultative selling to enterprise clients


Your profile

The new Sales Manager should be a sales driven person. It is vital that you easily connect to new clients over the phone as well as in person and that you enjoy the contact. You should be confident in yourself and make your own decisions, but at the same time be a team player.

The ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar client facing sales role
  • Ideally a track record in selling web based products
  • Great sales skills and experience in negotiations
  • Experience and/ or knowledge in PR, communication or media is of advantage
  • An interest in online, social media and new technologies
  • Fluent German and good English skills
