A leading international digital market research agency offering full-service custom solutions, committed to empowering clients with swift and informed business decisions through a mainly quantitative research approach.  We are partnering with them to recruit a new Head of Research & Client Service for its Hamburg or Frankfurt office. The role is a full-time, permanent position, offered as hybrid with ideally 2-3 days in the office/ week.

Your new duties and responsibilities

The new Head of Research & Client Services will lead the German team of client-facing experts: researchers, and project managers. The team will consist of approx. 30 pax. The successful candidate will be entrusted with developing, defining, and implementing best practices across the research and client services team. Clients would come from different industries such as FMCG, automotive, OTC and many more. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead the German research and client services team, delivering high-quality research services and managing, growing, and strengthening the relationship with clients
• Manage the implementation of the global research strategy within Germany
• Work alongside the Managing Director and Research & Client Services leaders to foster growth
• Develop, coach, and train the team
• Oversee business planning and budgeting for the research and client services organisation

Your Profile:

• Extensive experience working in the market research field
• Ideally have a focus on quantitative market research
• Experience in client-facing roles; for example key account management, project manager
• Proven track record of driving profitable growth
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
• Experience in creating impactful research solutions and working across different industry sectors
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to deliver accurate results
• Fluent German & English
