The HR Administrator position is part of the HR shared services team and is responsible for processing country specific HR Back Office Administration.
They are looking for someone to bring their drive, enthusiasm and passion and they will provide the opportunity to succeed.
-Act as a first point of contact for employees or line managers and handle any enquiries and requests via phone, email or HR portal
-Able to manage and update HR systems where required
-Ability to investigate requests and transfer to appropriate support
-Ability to carry out administrative duties within the service level agreement quickly and accurately
-Be able to handle confidential information in a discrete manner
-Assist with process improvement with suggestions and peer coaching
-Ability to build good working relationships across European HR Services, HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Expertise in line with data requests
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment
-Fluent in English, French and Dutch
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Minimum of six months customer services experience
-Human Resources experience preferred
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills
-Ability to work in a team
