Type: Permanent, hybrid based

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) Annual Bonus

Position Overview: As a French-speaking Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering pre and post-sales technical support to valued clients. This position is hybrid, offering flexibility between remote work and office presence, with occasional international travel to France required. If you have a background in RF-based technologies, especially in Analogue, DMR, TETRA, LTE, and POC terminals, and possess essential 2-way radio experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and expertise to customers, both pre and post-sales, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with the sales team to drive product and solution adoption within the French-speaking market.
* Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide clients with informed recommendations.

* Fluency in both French and English is essential.
* Strong understanding of fundamental RF principles and technology.
* Background in RF-based technologies, such as Analogue, DMR, TETRA, LTE, and POC terminals.
* Essential experience with 2-way radios.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
* Willingness to travel to France for client meetings and support (when required).
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and office work effectively.
