Are you passionate about technology and solving technical issues? We're looking for a talented individual fluent in French to join our client's team in Colchester as a Technical Support Advisor. This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £38,000, dependent on your experience.

Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and firmware. Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and firmware.
* Identifying and isolating potential hardware failures and software issues.
* Recognizing and analyzing technical problems and trends to provide effective solutions.
* Handling and processing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates with the following qualities and qualifications:
* Native level fluency in French is essential
* Essential experience in technical support.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent customer service skills to provide effective support.
* Knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.
* Passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning.
* An IT qualification or diploma is advantageous.
