About me: I have evolved with Euro London from consultant to senior and principal consultant since December 2010. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Modern European Studies and Masters Degree in Modern Language studies at the University of Nottingham with studies in France and Spain from 2005-2010 and have subsequently used my passion for Europe, European languages and international business to develop long-standing relationships with international businesses and candidates as well as investment in helping international candidates find job opportunities that will help them grow their careers. Outside work I regularly travel throughout Europe and beyond, enjoy outdoor sports and reading about Modern European history and politics.

You would join our French client, a historic European leader in digital timing and measurement technologies within a newly acquired specialist division focused on time synchronisation and dynamic information display boards, present globally. This division, an established leader for over 40 years has a long-standing presence in the Transport and Service sectors as well as within the Defence industry. Responsibilities *Providing telephone and email based technical support to our client's resellers and international branches for all questions relating to after sales support , the set-up and installation of their Electronics-based products *You'll redact and write technical documentation ( plans, technical drawings) for pre-sales presentations, after-sales support and client FAQs. *You'll accompany the sales team to client meetings as the technical expert for new products presented to clients and distributors. Qualifications, skills and experience required *You hold a DUT /BTS Technician type qualification in Electrical Engineering , Electro-technical engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering , Industrial IT or similar. *You've already had at least one medium-long term experience in a customer support oriented position , ideally supporting electrical and Network/Systems related technologies for international clients in English and French. *You're a strong communicator with fluent French and very advanced or fluent English. You like communicating with others , whether they're colleagues or clients. *You can learn and apply new knowledge but also to collaborate and learn from others with different levels of experience, from junior to senior level. *You wish to develop a long-term career with excellent long-term career progression prospects in a company which invests in its employees' skills and abilities, helping you to develop your talent in a collaborative and supportive environment where your technical, communications and problem-solving talents will be recognised and rewarded. *You have a car and valid driver's licence to get to the workplace around 45 minutes from Grenoble.
