for a highly skilled remote-based intermediate to experienced level Sales Engineer keen to develop further expertise in the MDM,IoT, SaaS and App development platform fields, managing end to end pre-sales and implementation projects.
You will provide pre-sales demos, post-sales implementation, technical support for key account
in partnership with the Support team, revenue generation through add-on sales. Please note that this position requires a fluent Dutch and English speaker.

Please see below the key responsibilities in this position :
-Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, presenting a warm, professional, well-spoken and empathetic persona as an effective representative of our client.
-Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of our client's products.
Ensure continuous learning of changes and new additions in our client's portfolio of products.
-Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers.
-Analyze our client's market segment and generate recommendations for product roadmaps.
-Carrying out product implementation after the initial pre-sales are concluded.
-Strategic planning including focus on how accounts will be grown up to 12 months in advance , managing technical accounts and requirements, working at vendor level.
-Working heavily with products and analysing the product road map.
-Investigate issues reported by customers and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues.
-Provide email and telephone based pre and post-sales, technical support for our software products.
-Prepare documentation to facilitate internal and external information sharing about our client's product line.
-Conduct weekly review meetings with respective Account Managers to review active projects (POC's).
Experience You'll Bring :
-At least one long-term experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical support to prospective customers, providing email and telephone based pre and post-sales, technical support and project delivery for software products.
-You'll be able to manage projects end-to-end yourself, carrying out implementations and product build after the initial sale is completed.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-A pro-active , client outreach focused personality.
-Proven track record of delivering projects and POCs.
-Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives.
-Strong project documentation skills , developed in previous positions.
-Prior experience working with mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility, BYOD, SaaS, Analytics is preferred but not essential.
Solid understanding of computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting, etc).
-Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS and Windows Mobile)
-Experience with AWS or Azure is preferred.
-Knowledge and experience in Mobile App development is highly beneficial from prior academic and professional experiences in this area.
-Knowledge of Active Directory, certificates, CRM solutions, Linux, Raspberry Pi is an asset.
-Experience with databases, Microsoft SQL server, MY SQL, Oracle is an asset.
-Experience with containerization and virtualization is an asset.
-Ability to travel to client sites up to 20% of the time approximately.
-Fluency in Dutch and English. Any other European language is preferred but not essential.
