Our client, a world leader in Molecular diagnostics technologies is currently looking for an IT Support Technician to join their Belgian office near the vibrant European city of Brussels.
As a member of the international IT team the Salesforce Solutions Delivery Consultant will lead continuous alignment , process and systems improvements with systems alignment across EMEA.
The position-holder will play a pivotal role in interacting with a variety of internal functional groups including Commercial, Marketing operations, Sales, Field Service , Logistics Customer Service, Customer support, Finance and Information Services.
The Consultancy role will be focused on projects relating to customer innovation, growth and success within the EMEA region and globally. You'll be a crucial bridge between business and technical development areas of the business.
Key responsibilities ( not exhaustive , can be discussed further at first call stage )
*Manage Salesforce.com CRM applications including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing resolution to technical issues and business support issues.
*Build strong partnerships with key internal business stakeholders and across Information Services.
*Operational Support and Configuration for Salesforce.com
*Be an SME in the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud , CPQ, Field Service Lightening (FSL) and Pardot for the commercial and Service Business across EMEAC.
*Enable seamless simple, holistic and intuitive user experience on the systems.
*Documenting "as is" and "to be" business workflows with a focus on value proposition.
*Collecting and analysing business requirements, procedures and issues to design and implement innovative solutions in-line with global requirements.
*Work alongside business stakeholders to prioritise bugs and enhancements.
*Experience working with release management and code deployment tool sets.
*Serving as the key point of contact for administrative configuration actions including : maintenance, configuration, reporting and training.
*Configure and customise the Salesforce implementation.
*Responsible for areas of data management (including integrations oversight)
*Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver product's functional requirements like screen, interface and UI designs.

*Experience working in an Agile methodologies working environment.
*Knowledge of Waterfall methodology.

*Ability to travel abroad on an occasional basis , mainly to the UK.
Education and experience required
*Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Business Management or similar.
*At least one long-term related professional experience
*Experience managing and supporting Salesforce applications
*Experience implementing SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning strongly preferred
*Additional consideration given for experience with Sales Cloud, Omni-channel, Salesforce CPQ, CLM and Pardot.
*Experience enabling mobile solutions for Service teams preferred, but not required.
*Any development experience or experience in the Medical Devices sector would be beneficial but is not essential, as is international experience.
*Experience with salesforce automation capabilities and best practices. (Workflow, Process Builders, Flow, etc.)
*Experience implementing and deploying in Lighting
*Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite preferred, but not required.
*Strong prioritization skills.
*Fluency in English is essential with strong communications skills ( written and spoken)
*Fluency in Flemish/Dutch or French is beneficial but not essential.
