I speak: English, Croatian and Bosnian, with a pinch of Spanish and Italian.
While doing my BA & MA in Speech & Language Pathology and my MSc in Psychology, I got a very good understanding of languages, human behaviour and communication in general. Having studied job satisfaction for my most recent dissertation in psychology, I realised how important it is to be fully satisfied at the workplace, and how this reflects on the personal life and growth. Working in recruitment is exciting and fascinating, it has allowed me to expand my practical knowledge of organisational psychology and sales.

Responsibilities: - Quick and accurate processing of customer documents for loan applications using a CRM and analytical system. -Pre-screening potential customers as well as verifying applicant's credit history and financial information. -Assist in developing new processes for document review -Uphold their compliance standards If you are successful you will also be working closely with their Customer Journey Executive & Credit Analyst Team, where you will be responsible for providing high quality and completeness of business documents.
