Our client, a multinational investment firm, is looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to support the brokerage team who provide financial planning advice to clients in France.

This role suits graduates who are interested in developing their careers in Financial Services and Asset Management.

Candidates must be bilingual French / English.

Role based in Luxembourg (relocation package provided for EU citizens if necessary)

Responsibilities:

You will coordinate with internal departments, prepare onboarding paperwork, help create sales deliverables, build new processes, and much more. By becoming a part of the brokerage team, you will expand your knowledge in both finance and the French market and be an essential part of a growing business.

• Support wealth engineers and investment counsellors with operational requests (portfolio recommendations, system updates, documentation) to ensure outstanding service to prospects and clients
• Ensure you have appropriate documentation from clients by partnering with internal departments and requesting necessary documents
• Partner with the insurance company to complete administrative and operational requests for clients
• Perform ad-hoc projects and brainstorm process improvements to support a growing department

Profile required:

• A university degree (or école de commerce) in finance / business with finance / asset management
• Native French language proficiency and fluent in English
• You are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
• Ability to coordinate requirements across several departments and under strict timelines
• Strong attention to detail and well organised

Salary: 40K€ + 6K€ bonus + benefits (healthcare, private pension, lunch vouchers, gym subsidy, on-going training and opportunities for career development)
