Your Tasks

As the office coordinator / manager in this new office you will be responsible for

  • The day to day running of the office
  • Supporting high level Executives in different administrative tasks and requirements
  • Organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings, events and business trips 
  • Preparation of pitches, reports, research, documentation, billing and invoices
  • Supervision and development of junior team members , including allocation and delegation of work
  • General tasks in the area of office management (e.g. ordering office supplies, document management, invoice control, daily mail)

 

Your Profile

  • Completed business / commercial / administrative professional education 
  • Practical experience in office management
  • Team player with independent and reliable working style
  • Confident and friendly appearance
  • Strong communication skills and sociability
  • Intercultural competence and fluency in English and French, German is an advantage
