Italian & German Speaking Customer Service Specialist (Reference: SMJM/336788)

Euro London is working with the world's largest manufacturer of memory storage products. This global company are seeking an enthusiastic and driven speaker of both German and Italian to join the European Customer Service team.

Acting as an ambassador for European customers, you will use your professional communication skills to ensure high level customer service is delivered with every contact. You will also be responsible for identifying potential opportunities through your communication to help with company growth.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have fluency in the following three languages: German, Italian and English
- Be motivated by delivering high level customer support and being an ambassador for the brand.
- Have strong administrative and communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional telephone manner
- Thrive in a busy environment and enjoy a variety of exciting tasks
- Ideally have experience in a technical and/or contact centre position (but this is not essential).
