Notre client, société internationale basée à Fontainebleau, recherche un Trésorier Adjoint, Bilingue Anglais, en CDI au sein du département Finance.
Rattaché au Responsable de la Trésorerie Groupe, le Trésorier Adjoint assure la gestion quotidienne de la trésorerie de l'ensemble du groupe dans un objectif de sécurisation, de centralisation et d'optimisation.
· Gère la trésorerie auprès des banques françaises,
· Supervise les positions du groupe à l’étranger,
· Prend les initiatives nécessaires pour maintenir la liquidité,
· Procède aux arbitrages de trésorerie,
· Veille au respect des conditions négociées,
· Anime la relation bancaire courante,
· Négocie les conditions bancaires et les placements CT,
· Assiste les autres campus sur les problématiques bancaires,
· Rédige les procédures internes.
· Établit les rapports d’activité, de prévisions de cash et d’analyses de risque en lien avec les contrôleurs de
· Gère et maintient à jour les dossiers administratifs auprès des banques du groupe (KYC, pouvoirs de
signatures, documentation fiscale et légale...).
· Effectue le back-office des opérations de portefeuille d’investissement, collecte les informations auprès du
conseil et contrôle leur cohérence vis-à-vis des documents bancaires, établit les états de suivi, analyse et
saisit les transactions en comptabilité.
· Produit les différents rapports (auditeurs, comité d’investissement, boards).
· Administre le système de trésorerie (Kyriba) et la plateforme de communication bancaire,
· Gère les incidents, le paramétrage, les accès, les clés de signature,
· Assiste les utilisateurs des autres campus, coordonne les actions auprès d’IT, de l’éditeur, du consultant.
