The role suits data-driven candidates who will enjoy assessing performance indicators and data related to sellers’ delivery times, quality of after sales service, product quality etc.
Candidates must have a native level of English.
Reporting directly to the Operations Quality Lead, you will be responsible for the quality of the customer experience in the UK marketplace. You will therefore be in contact with their strategic merchants daily and support and guide them in regards to improving their performance.
