Our client, a rapidly expanding international company in digital market research, is seeking an Account Executive to increase their European customer portfolio.
Your main responsibility is to develop new business to drive sales revenue in your territory and develop the pipeline of clients (Consulting Firms). Based in Paris, opportunities exist in developing the UK, Germany and the Nordic territories.
Candidates must have experience in a start-up, and have experience closing deals with a short sales cycle (2 days to a week).
- Identify and develop sales opportunities in the UK, Germany and in the Nordic countries
- Close multiple business accounts & develop great working relationships with each customer touchpoint
- Be a driver of client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
- Work closely with our Customer Success and Research Departments on day-to-day operational processes
- Partner with internal teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals
- Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, follow-up carefully on open issues
- Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels
- Supervise and support sales representatives to ensure client satisfaction
- You are fluent in English and in French, German is a plus
- You have extensive sales experience in sector such as market research/ data analytics/ insights/ SaaS….
- Ability to shorten sales cycles and close deals promptly
- Proficiency with sales and marketing CRM / automation software (Hubspot)
- You are a Sales Hacker capable of adapting your sales strategies to the realities of a growing startup
- Excellent interpersonal skills: you like to meet new people
- You are ambitious and you want to join a growing team
Salary: 50K€ basic salary, 100K€ package.
