French Account Executive - £22K - £25K £4K bonus benefits - Wrexham based

Our client, a widely recognized global market leader in the DIY arts and crafts marketplace, with the company designing, manufacturing, and distributing the finest quality machines and products to the creative industry.

This pivotal role involves working alongside the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy within UK, European and ROW regions. It includes the management of high valued sales accounts and strategically developing sales/marketing campaigns to support the development of these accounts and business strategy.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Services/Sales Executive to join their global team where you will be responsible for France and the rest of the World. Fluency in French and English is therefore essential and a must for the role both written and spoken.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Managing a portfolio of global customer accounts
*Working towards TV channel sales targets and set KPI's
*Generating new business through current channels and exploring new opportunities
*Managing a pipeline of new business and reporting against progress
*Maximizing revenue by exploring all sales opportunities
*Processing sales orders and credits
*Recording and maintaining customer information
*Implementing annual strategies with customers and coordinating key tasks to delivery dates required
*Using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to proactively contact customers
*Working closely with other internal departments to ensure we are fulfilling customer requirements
*Playing a key role as part of a small team
*Understanding/ Researching channel trends, utilizing internal reports and external sources
*Occasional travel to trade and consumers shows and customer offices nationally or internationally
*Have a full understanding of the overall sales department processes and be cross trained on all channels to support when needed.

Requirements for the role:

*Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
*Direct 2 years of experience working with and managing customer accounts
*Self-motivated and driven
*Have the desire to grow the role and deliver exceptional service
*Ability to work as a part of a small team and across departments
*Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
*Candidate must be fluent in French with written and spoken English
*Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
