My client, a leading Saas FinTech solutions provider is looking for a dynamic, confident and entrepreneurial individual with determination to maintain and grow a thriving business in the Nordics and Baltic regions. Home based in Stockholm, the successful candidate will be working independently yet with the support from the Sales team. The role involves frequent travel to the targeted areas (8 countries).
You will be communicating with decision makers at investment banks and law firms in a transactional business at established accounts while winning new business. Developing sales strategy and account plans through running customer meetings, product demonstrations and customer presentations will be the core of the field activity. Phone meetings, WebEx and Salesforce will support your planning and admin, as well as Twitter and LinkedIn growing your network.
Skills, qualifications and experience required:
-MA/BA with a major in Finance, Business Administration or similar
-Excellent communicator with fluent to a near-native level in both Swedish and English
-Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally into investment banking, private equity businesses or law firms
-Good knowledge of the financial services market
-Experience in fast growing, small to mid-sized businesses
-Entrepreneurial attitude and proven track of customer success
-Motivated by KPI's and targets
