RESPONSIBILITIES: *Adhere to processes related to the creation, maintenance, and quality of panel data to ensure consistency, validity, and accuracy of member data. *Improve the quality and accuracy of panel data by participating in routine audits and data cleansing activities. *Support internal teams by performing daily activities creating and updating panel data and troubleshoot issues related to data. *Working with Member Services to solve panel members issues *Other duties as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: *A minimum of 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience. *Experience maintaining master data, preferably in an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Maximo. *Proficient in use of Microsoft products especially Excel pivot tables and extensive use of the internet for research. *Strong orientation to teamwork and the ability to support the operations group and gain their cooperation and respect. *Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. *Experience in dealing with senior level management and operational level employees. *Confident, bright, articulate, innovative, highly motivated and self-starter with a high energy level, a spirit of team effort and cooperation, and of the highest integrity.
