German speaking Sales Administrator

We are currently looking for a German speaking Sales Administrator for one of our clients located in central London. The office is just a 10-minute walk from Old Street, where you can see the beautiful views of the City. About the Role:
Acting as liaison for communications with European and UK customers.
Establishing follow-up routines with Sales Representatives and Distributors.
Generating sales leads from a service-provider's project data base, evaluating their feasibility and forwarding them to the independent Sales Representatives and Distributors.
Maintaining updates of sales leads in the project data base and E-Commerce System, as well as running reports for evaluation of sales performance.
Maintaining customer database with a high level of accuracy, collaborating with personnel at headquarters in the USA.
Corresponding with customers on issues relating to shipments, payments, credits, product and other information.
Demonstrating selling skills, including probing, listening, and needs analysis, negotiating skill.

The Ideal Candidate:
Has a customer service/sales experience, preferably in an international setting.
Computer literate, with experience in MS Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
Able to work under challenging deadlines.
Be an effective communicator with an engaging telephone manner.

While doing my BA & MA in Speech & Language Pathology and my MSc in Psychology, I got a very good understanding of languages, human behaviour and communication in general.
