International Business Development Manager - Arabic Speaking

International Educational Consultant- Arabic Speaking (Business Development Manager)

Urgently seeking a strong sales skilled individual who has experience in working within global reach and who is passionate about education. You will be responsible for the development of the market to generate new business from existing and non-existing customer database to ensure growth of learning products across international schools worldwide.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Meet and exceed targets and KPIs as set by the line manager
* Making a minimum of 30 calls per day; following up on all enquiries; inbound, call and web enquiries
* Identify potential new and emerging opportunities for the products within the international schools' market
* Generates new leads through cold calling and contacting leads from events as well as a database of contacts provided
* Present new products and services at every opportunity to generate new business
* Effectively managing your lead pipeline in accordance to quality procedures; meeting pipeline targets
* Build on customer relationships and create referrals from existing customers base
* Win and recapture customers lost from the CRM database
* Deliver sales presentations, both face-to-face and virtually
* Keep up-to-date with developments within the K-12 sector
* Provide quotations and complete admin tasks related to the sale
* Occasional attendance at exhibitions and conferences
* Other duties may be assigned

JOB SKILLS

* Preferably a minimum of 3 years' experience working in strong sales environment (high value sales)
* Experience of account management
* Experience of outbound calling and consultative selling
* Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Competent computer skills / knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* International market knowledge and selling to international markets
* Fluent in English and Arabic
