We are currently recruiting for a Norwegian/Swedish speaking Customer Success Manager role!
The role is flexible - ideally candidates would be able to commute to the office in either Bristol or London when they can. A remote working model could be negotiated for the right candidate. Visa sponsorship can be discussed.

The role will involve working on influencer marketing campaigns within the gaming and online entertainment industry. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are happy with deliverables and provided with the best possible customer experience.

What you'll do:

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
* Regularly update customers on campaign progress throughout the process
* Identify leads and business opportunities
* Assimilate and apply technical product knowledge to maximise campaign success

What we're looking for:

* Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish
* Previous customer success experience in the marketing industry
* Demonstrable interest in gaming, YouTube and the world of online entertainment creators
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
