I am currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant based in London paying 23800.

Responsibilities

*Support Internal and Channel sellers by updating and maintaining opportunity data in SalesForce.com (CRM).
*Upon contract signature, verify that opportunity data in SalesForce.com matches contract details including product data, expecting timing of revenue, quantities of product ordered, etc.
*Upon verification of contract data matching Salesforce.com representation, move opportunity to Closed Won status.
*Actively monitor and manage the Salesforce.com pipeline information and proactively solicit input from sellers as needed.
*Develop product, market, competitor, and Company knowledge. Participate in ongoing training.
*Attend regular product update meetings with sales teams to become familiar with products/services.
*Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree or combination of schooling and equivalent experience preferred.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong understanding of various communication methods and proper situational use.
*Must possess a positive, "can do" attitude.
*Excellent personal and interpersonal working skills.
*Proper telephone etiquette.
*Demonstrates proactive thinking and strong problem solving skills.
*Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, web-site navigation and CRM software, or the ability and willingness to learn
