UK's Largest Property portal located in Milton Keynes is looking for an Overseas Telephone Account Manager to manage the Spanish Market by Building Customer Relationship and Focusing on Providing the Best Possible Experience for Home-Hunters and Customers.
In your role as an Account Manager, you will Build Customer Relationship and Understand their Goals, Challenges and Needs in order to Resolve Problems and Provide Solutions. Additionally, you will be Identifying Training Opportunities and Conducting Relevant Training. The Success in this role is measured by the Achievement of Customer Satisfaction Targets and Identifying Sales Opportunities to Grow the Market.
You'll be comfortable doing business in Fluent Written and Spoken Spanish and English; this includes establishing and building Key Customer Relationships and Identifying New Business Opportunities. You have a Consistent Over Achieved Sales Targets in an office-based environment and feel Confident to use Data Analysis to explain the Value of Products and ROI.
