French Speaking Personal Assistant
This a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small financial services company operating all over the world based in central London. They are looking for a PA who will be able to provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the director.
Key responsibilities:
*Coordinate calendar, travel and meetings taking into account last minute changes
*Make travel and accommodation arrangements and manage corporate systems
*Ability to take minutes during important meetings
*Ability to treat all information in a confidential manner
*Provide support to other PAs in their absence
*Prioritise conflicting needs often with deadline pressures
*Proactively monitor, sort and reply to incoming emails as well as draft written responses by phone or email when necessary
*Filter emails, making independent decisions on issues that need addressing and actioning directly
*Organise and prioritise large volumes of information

Required skills and experience
*Fluency in French and English is essential
*Minimum of 2 years corporate administration experience
*Strong experience in diary management
*Strong problem solving experience
*Highly organised with high attention to detail
*Work well in a team with a flexible and positive approach to work
