On behalf of our client, we have a fantastic opportunity for a French speaker to join a truly international company.

This great (temp or temp to perm) opportunity offers you a variety of tasks in a truly exciting environment.
You will be working in a beautiful office in a well known company specialising in a great range of products.

The company is easy to reach, just a small walk from Morden or a 5 minute bus.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and French, has experience within Export, Sales and Admin.

Sales tasks:
*Respond to inbound calls and emails
*Negotiate export costs with suppliers
*Quote prices (when the Head of Export is absent)
*Analyze and review sales data
*Carry out market research to check for potential sales leads
*Outbound calls to identify sales opportunities
*Up-selling within existing customers

Export tasks:
*Close contact with the warehouse
*Make sure special delivery instructions are applied and respected
*Database maintenance within export orders, confirm export orders
*Project management under supervision of your manager
*Follow up procedures

Admin tasks:
*Updating the database
*Respond to emails and phone calls
*Follow up on enquiries
*Support the sales team with admin tasks

Experience & skills:
*Fluent to native level in French and English (verbal & written)
*Experience in sales, export and admin is expected
*Office experience is a must
*Educated to a degree is preferred
*Organised and pro active character
*Be able to establish and develop relationships within sales
*A intermediate understanding of Excel is essential

This company offers you a really great work environment in a easy to reach location with reasonable working hours (Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm). They are truly international and you will be able to speak French and English on a daily basis.

There is the possibility to receive a permanent contract with my client if you perform well. The role pays up to £30k p.a. on a permanent basis.
